Rich Jeni, RIP

I'm still kind of in shock over the suicide of stand-up comic Rich Jeni. It really took me by surprise. I know him from like 20 years ago doing stand-up in New York clubs like The Good Times on Third Avenue. He was a very creative, inventive guy. And he was very successful, I guess that's what really threw me. He had a thriving career. I feel sorry for his live-in girlfriend who phoned the paramedics. "My boyfriend just shot himself in the face." How terrible for her. What a trauma to go thru. He left no note so it remains a mystery. I hope that Rich is content, where ever he is now.
